1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol independently. You warrant that all account creation and payment details provided are true and accurate.
2. Enrolment scope
Enrolling in a paper grants you:
- Access to course materials and practice questions through the LMS;
- Participation in live interactive classes (where scheduled based on student demand);
- Access to the LMS question bank (written and prepared internally by the CrackACCA team);
- AI-assisted written-answer evaluation with manual dispute escalation options;
- Class recordings accessible via the LMS (once live classes begin);
- Doubt resolution support via LMS or assigned support contacts.
3. Access period
Your full access starts when your payment is confirmed. Your LMS access and recording availability then remain valid until the official ACCA exam date for the enrolled sitting. Following the exam date, access expires automatically ("voided"). Continued or subsequent access requires a new attempt to be purchased, or an attempt from an annual plan to be used.
4. Fees, taxes, and pricing
- Fees are charged per paper, per attempt. International students pay in US Dollars (USD); students in India pay in Indian Rupees (INR).
- No tax is charged on our fees at present.
- India Pricing: India pricing (INR) applies to students in India paying by UPI or by bank transfer from an Indian bank account. Payments made from outside India at India pricing may be rejected or require payment of the fee difference before access is approved.
- We do not offer instalment payment plans; full payment is required upon enrolment.
- Annual plan: You may pay in advance for 4 attempts and receive 15% off the total. You choose a level (Knowledge, Skill or Professional) and may use your attempts on any paper at that level or below, whenever you want. Each attempt is one exam sitting of one paper. Each paper you take uses one attempt, so studying more than one paper at the same time uses one attempt for each.
- Resit discount: Students who studied a paper with CrackACCA and did not pass it receive 30% off the fee to resit that paper.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How payment works
- Payment is made by UPI (students in India, in INR) or by bank transfer (all other students, in USD). The account details and the exact amount are shown in the LMS after you sign in and choose your paper and plan.
- Send the full fee shown. You are responsible for all bank, transfer and currency-conversion charges, so that the full amount reaches us. A payment that arrives short may delay approval until the balance is paid.
- After paying, submit your payment reference in the LMS (a screenshot is optional). We check your payment against our bank records. Each payment reference can be used for one order only.
- Full access starts only when we confirm your payment. We aim to confirm within 4 hours of receiving your payment reference. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may take longer around public holidays or bank delays.
- Temporary access: while we confirm, we may give you temporary practice access for up to 48 hours (practice questions only; AI marking of written answers and downloads stay locked). It is offered once per student, is not offered for every plan, and may be withdrawn if your payment cannot be matched.
- For UPI payments we add a few paise to your fee so that we can match the payment to your order. It is part of your fee.
- When your payment is confirmed, your paper access starts. If you bought an annual plan, your 4 attempts are added to your account.
- We may refuse or cancel an enrolment where the payment proof is false, edited, belongs to someone else or cannot be matched to a payment received. Submitting false proof is a breach of these terms and may lead to account termination.
- The account holder name on the payment details may be a person and not a company, because CrackACCA is not yet a registered company. Always pay only to the details shown inside the LMS while signed in, and never to details sent by anyone else.
5. Account security & device limits
- Accounts are strictly non-transferable and individual. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Each student account is limited to a maximum of 2 registered devices. LMS sessions and device identifiers are logged to enforce this condition.
- If account sharing, simultaneous unauthorized streaming, or credential leakage is detected, CrackACCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
6. Proprietary study materials
All practice questions, marking grids, software tools, and text inside the LMS are original works prepared and owned by CrackACCA's team. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal ACCA study. You must not screen-record, screenshot for sharing, download, redistribute, upload to external forums, or commercially exploit any LMS content.
7. AI marking and dispute resolution
Written mock exam submissions are processed using AI models trained on teacher-defined marking keys. AI marks provide practice feedback and do not represent official ACCA marks.
- If you dispute an AI-generated mark, you may submit a dispute directly in the LMS.
- Disputes are reviewed by an assigned instructor within 1 day.
- If you do not receive a response within 1 day, you may contact the teacher directly. The reviewed mark overrides the AI score.
8. Live classes (coming soon) & cancellations
- Live classes are not yet available. They will be announced on this website before they start. Until then, course content is delivered through the LMS (practice questions, mock tests and AI marking).
- Where live classes are held, attendance is recorded. If a live class is cancelled by the instructor, a replacement recording or make-up session will be published on the LMS. Missing a live class does not entitle a student to a partial refund, as recordings remain accessible until the exam date.
9. Conduct rules
Students must treat instructors and fellow learners with respect. Threatening language, spamming, attempted reverse-engineering of the LMS, unauthorized screen capture/recording, or uploading malicious files will result in immediate termination of LMS access.
10. ACCA relation
CrackACCA is an independent preparation service and is currently not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an Approved Learning Partner of ACCA. Students are responsible for registering for exams, claiming exemptions, and paying exam fees directly to ACCA.
11. No guarantee of pass or employment
Exam success depends on individual preparation and official ACCA evaluation. CrackACCA makes no guarantee that a student will pass an exam, secure a job, or achieve a specific salary level.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country of registration]. Disputes shall be referred to local courts of [Jurisdiction].
