Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 2026-11

Draft wording. This is a first draft for a lawyer to review. It must not go live as it stands. The legal entity name and registered address are still to be added once the business is registered.

1. General policy: No refunds

Due to the immediate digital delivery of LMS access and study assets upon payment, CrackACCA operates a strict no-refund policy. Once your payment is approved and your access is active, course fee purchases are final. Section 6 covers payments that have not yet been approved and payment errors.

2. Exceptions: Software & technical access failure

A full refund will be considered only in verified cases of technical or software failures originating on CrackACCA's platform that demonstrably prevent the student from accessing the course materials or LMS, and where our technical team is unable to resolve the access failure within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts;
  • Failure to attend a live session, once live sessions are offered;
  • Disagreement with AI-generated practice marks;
  • Account suspension resulting from a breach of terms (e.g., account sharing, exceeding device limits, illegal content distribution);
  • Inability to sit the exam due to ACCA registration failures, missed deadlines, or personal circumstances.

4. ACCA fees

CrackACCA collects fees solely for its own preparation services. We never collect, process, or refund official ACCA registration, exemption, or examination fees.

5. Refund processing time

Where a technical refund is approved by our management:

  • Written request must be sent to admin@crackacca.com with invoice details and evidence of the technical defect.
  • Approved refunds will be sent back to the bank account or UPI ID the payment came from, within 7–14 working days. Bank and transfer charges taken by banks are not refundable. International transfers may take longer to arrive.

6. Payments awaiting approval and payment errors

These cases are handled separately from the no-refund rule above:

  • Payment not yet approved: if you have paid but your access has not been approved, and you no longer want to enrol, email us and we will refund the amount we received, less any bank or transfer charges.
  • Duplicate or extra payment: if you pay twice or send more than the fee, we will refund the extra amount, less any bank or transfer charges.
  • Short payment: if you send less than the fee, we will ask you to pay the balance, or refund what we received if you decide not to continue.
  • Approved enrolments: once your payment is approved and your access is active, the fee is not refundable except under Section 2, or at the sole discretion of CrackACCA management.
